Processing and Printing

Please allow 2-7 days for processing your order, printing materials, and packaging. We want to make sure we get everything correct and looking great.

Shipping Rates

We ship our products via USPS from our CA fulfillment center at 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311.  Allow for 3-5 business days for shipping withing the US, and little longer for Canada.  See the rates below:

Clothing/Standard
USA - $5.95 for 1st item, $1.00 for each additional item.
(3-5 business days via USPS)

Canada - $7.95 for 1st item, $1.00 for each additional item.
(5-10 business days without tracking)

International - $11.95 for 1st item, $2.00 for each additional item.
(10-20 business days without tracking)

Mugs
USA - $6.95 for 1st mug, $5.00 for each additional mug.
(3-5 business days via USPS)

Canada - $10.95 for 1st mug, $7.00 for each additional mug.
(5-10 business days without tracking)

International - $16.95 for 1st mug, $8.00 for each additional mug.
(10-20 business days without tracking)

Returns

Returns can only be accepted for defective items, damage in shipping, or printing errors.  Please contact us first at support@streetjelly.com for a Return Authorization number (RA) within 30 days of receiving the defective product.  Returns with an approved RA must be shipped to:

Sales Tax

We charge local sales tax for orders shipped to TN and CA.  StreetJelly is a TN business with its online store shipping facility in CA. 
Tennessee tax rate:  7% + county/municipal
California tax rate: 7.5% + county/municipal
